Quantity Discounts

We offer discounts on orders of 4+ skeins of yarn; 10% off orders of 4-6 skeins/over $104 and 15% off orders of 7+ skeins/over $182). In addition, because of how our website is currently set up, patterns are also included in this discount (when qualifying yarn purchase).

Pattern Orders

All patterns available for purchase at ivyandautumn.com are digital (PDF) files only, and not available in physical form. You will receive an email with a unique download link separate from your order confirmation. Please note, you have 24 hours to download the file(s) before the link expires. If you have any problems with your order or are unable to download your file(s), please contact us at hello@ivyandautumn.com.

Shipping

Currently, all yarn is in stock and ready to ship. All ready-to-ship orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after placing the order. Please double check the address on your order before placing it, as this is where your items will be shipped. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail domestic/international (rates below). Please note: If you are an international customer, you may be required to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order. We are not responsible for and cannot do anything about these fees.

RATES

We offer one domestic flat-rate shipping option and two international flat-rate shipping options (one for customers in Canada, one for all other international addresses).

For US addresses only, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Domestic: $7 + $1.50 per item

International (Canada): $15 + $2 per item

International: $20 + $2 per item

Returns and Refunds

PATTERNS

All pattern sales are final. Please note, due to the nature of digital downloads, returns are not accepted once the order has been placed. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, so if do you have any problems with your order or need pattern support, please contact Courtney at hello@ivyandautumn.com. Thank you for your understanding!

YARN

If there is a problem with your item(s), please contact Courtney at hello@ivyandautumn.com as soon as possible, within 3 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do whatever we can to correct the situation if something is not right or a mistake has been made on our end. Otherwise, all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges.

Yarn must be in the initial twisted skein. Once yarn has been caked or exposed to smoke, it is not eligible to be returned. Please note, colors may appear slightly different from screen-to-screen, although every effort has been made to accurately display each colorway listing in the photo section. When applicable, all available bases will be shown in that same colorway listing. All yarn base information is included in each description, as well as on our Yarn Bases page.

Eligible returns must be requested via email within 3 days of delivery. Once approved and item(s) returned, refunds will be issued within 3 business days to the payment method used on the initial order.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

If you have placed more than one order (and your initial order has not been shipped), we will happily combine your orders and refund any shipping overage. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case. The refund will be issued to the payment method used on the original order.

Yarn Support

If you are a knitwear and/or crochet designer, we would love to work with you! We currently offer yarn support to designers as well as (a limited number) of our own test-knitters.
