patterns and pattern orders.
Ivy & Autumn patterns are for personal use only, and you may not redistribute, sell, or share these patterns in part or in whole, physically or electronically. You may, however, sell finished items made from my patterns on a very small scale, with written permission from me, Courtney Little, via email.
All patterns are available for purchase through Ivy & Autumn and Ravelry. These are digital (PDF/zip) downloads only, and as such, refunds will not be given. After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. Currently available in English and US terms only. If you purchased a pattern through our website on or after January 19th, 2021, there will be an Add To Ravelry button on your order page once your payment has been processed; you can access the order page via your order confirmation email. If you have purchased a pattern through our website prior to January 19th, 2021 and would like to add it to your Ravelry library, please email me with your order number and Ravelry username, and I will send that pattern to you.
If you have any problems with your order, adding to Ravelry, or are unable to download your file(s), please let me know.
If you are a designer or test-knitter interested or in need of yarn support, I would love to work with you! I currently offer yarn support to designers and also provide a discounted rate for my own test-knitters who are interested in using our yarn for test-knits (requiring 3 or more skeins). On a case-to-case basis at my discretion, I may offer full yarn support to test-knitters, regardless of whether they’re testing for me or another designer. However, this is no longer something I regularly offer for my test-knits, as it has unfortunately been taken advantage of in the past.
If you are interested in collaborating with me as either a dyer or designer, or have any questions regarding yarn support, please send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you!
returns and refunds.
yarn + notions
Please note, clearance and custom items are not eligible for return.
If there is a problem with your item(s), please let me know as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I will do whatever I can to correct the situation if a mistake has been made on my end. I offer returns on eligible items, but do not offer exchanges. Yarn ends may be fused throughout yarn skeins; these are stronger than knots and should not affect the final look of your project. I do my best to check each skein for knots, but they may sometimes slip through the cracks. Please note, one or two knots is not a valid reason for return.
Although I do my very best to accurately display each colorway in the listing photos, colors may appear slightly different from screen-to-screen and in person, and each skein is unique due to the small-batch dyeing process. All yarn base information is included in each listing description, as well as on our Yarn Bases page.
To be eligible for return, yarn must be in the initial twisted skein. Once yarn has been wound/caked, worked with, or exposed to smoke, it is not eligible to be returned.
Eligible returns must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery. I will provide a return shipping label, and once your item(s) have been returned and approved, a full refund (less initial shipping cost) will be issued within 3 business days to the payment method used for the initial order.
I offer two domestic (U.S.) shipping options, two options for customers in Canada and Mexico, two options for customers in Europe, and two options for Australia. More countries may be added as there is interest, so please reach out if your area is not listed!
Domestic (typically 1-3 business days in transit for both services):
- USPS First Class (up to 13 oz only) - $4
- USPS Priority (all package weights) - $10
International (Canada & Mexico - typically 1-3 weeks in transit):
- USPS First Class International (up to 8 oz) - $14
- USPS First Class International (over 8 oz) - $20
International (Europe - typically 1-3+ weeks in transit):
- USPS First Class International (up to 8 oz) - $16

International (Australia - typically 1-3+ weeks in transit):
- USPS First Class International (up to 8 oz) - $18
- USPS First Class International (8.1 oz-2 lbs) - $28
These prices reflect the current rates of USPS. Please note, shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
If you have placed more than one order (and your initial order has not yet been shipped), I will happily combine your orders and refund the additional shipping charge(s), as long as the combined orders will fit into one package. This not only saves on shipping costs, but on packaging as well! Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the case. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the initial order.
