patterns and pattern orders.

All pattern sales are final, no exceptions. If you have any questions about a pattern, please let me know prior to purchasing. Ivy & Autumn patterns are for personal use only, and you may not redistribute, sell, or share these patterns in part or in whole, physically or electronically. You may, however, sell finished items made from my patterns on a very small scale, with written permission from me, Courtney Little, via email.

All patterns are available for purchase through Ivy & Autumn and Ravelry. These are digital (PDF/zip) downloads only, and as such, refunds will not be given. After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. Currently available in English and US terms only. If you purchased a pattern through our website on or after January 19th, 2021, there will be an Add To Ravelry button on your order page once your payment has been processed; you can access the order page via your order confirmation email. If you have purchased a pattern through our website prior to January 19th, 2021 and would like to add it to your Ravelry library, please email me with your order number and Ravelry username, and I will send that pattern to you.

If you have any problems with your order, adding to Ravelry, or are unable to download your file(s), please let me know.

yarn support and collaborations.

I am not currently taking on any collaborations or providing yarn support, as I do not typically keep inventory on hand. Thanks so much for your interest and understanding!

returns and refunds.

patterns

As mentioned above, due to the nature of digital downloads, all pattern sales are final and are not eligible for refund. If do you have any problems with your order, need pattern support, or have any other issues or suggestions regarding a pattern, send me an email and I’m happy to help! Thank you for your understanding.

yarn + notions

Please note, clearance and custom items are not eligible for return.

If there is a problem with your item(s), please let me know as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I will do whatever I can to correct the situation if a mistake has been made on my end. I offer returns on eligible items, but do not offer exchanges. Yarn ends may be fused throughout yarn skeins; these are stronger than knots and should not affect the final look of your project. I do my best to check each skein for knots, but they may sometimes slip through the cracks. Please note, one or two knots is not a valid reason for return.

Although I do my very best to accurately display each colorway in the listing photos, colors may appear slightly different from screen-to-screen and in person, and each skein is unique due to the small-batch dyeing process. All yarn base information is included in each listing description, as well as on our Yarn Bases page.

To be eligible for return, yarn must be in the initial twisted skein. Once yarn has been wound/caked, worked with, or exposed to smoke, it is not eligible to be returned.

Eligible returns must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery. I will provide a return shipping label, and once your item(s) have been returned and approved, a full refund (less initial shipping cost) will be issued within 3 business days to the payment method used for the initial order.

shipping.

I am currently only shipping to the United States and Canada. If you are outside of the US and Canada, patterns can be purchased on RavelryThank you for your understanding!
Once your order has been shipped, it is completely out of our hands; Ivy & Autumn is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All in-stock items will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed; during sales and busy seasons, this may be 5-7 business days. Current turnaround time for preorders is approximately 4 weeks, as each skein is dyed-to-order just for you, and I do not keep inventory on hand so yarn bases need to be ordered from my suppliers.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, all items will ship when your preorder is ready. If you would like your in-stock items to ship earlier, please check out with these items separately.

Please double check the shipping information on your order before placing it, as this is where your order will be shipped. All orders will be shipped via USPS (rates below). If you are located outside the United States, you may be required to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order. You, the buyer, are responsible for these fees.

Shipping Rates

I offer two domestic (U.S.) shipping options and two options for customers in Canada.

Domestic (typically 1-3 business days in transit for both services, however, First Class may be up to 10 business days)

  • USPS First Class (up to 13 oz only) - $4

  • USPS Priority (all package weights) - $10

Canada (typically 1-3 weeks in transit):

  • USPS First Class International (up to 8 oz) - $14

  • USPS First Class International (over 8 oz) - $20

Please note, shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

    shipping refunds

Aside from preorders, if you have placed multiple orders (and your initial order has not yet been shipped), I will happily combine your orders and refund any additional shipping charge(s), as long as the combined orders will fit into one package. This not only saves on shipping costs, but on packaging as well! Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the case. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the initial order.
